True Leadership IS Inclusive Leadership
In our latest article for Worth.com, we discuss how you must be inclusive to be the best leader. In this article, we speak of one leadership capability in particular - the one we call “Leading Groups” - but that is only one of our six core Ascent Leadership Capabilities, that together explain and differentiate at least 85% of any leadership role. Our research-based, scaled capabilities have inclusion and equity behaviors threaded throughout. This means that our assessments and development programs look for inclusive leadership, and help build it.
