Based in the New York office, Lauren serves as the Director of Events and Operations of Ascent Leadership Networks.

Lauren comes to Ascent from the World Economic Forum USA, where she laid the groundwork for the team that handles the New York office's operations, logistics, and hospitality.  During her 10-year tenure at the Forum, first as a Senior Associate and then as Manager of the Hospitality team, Lauren spearheaded the planning and execution of hundreds of high-level events ranging from 5 to 400 participants including global CEOs and Heads of State, such as the inaugural Sustainability Development Impact Summit in 2017 during the UN General Assembly.

She played key roles in logistics and operations at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos and supported the launch of the World Economic Forum’s Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in San Francisco.

In addition to hospitality, Lauren was involved in many aspects of the Forum’s daily operations and was an integral member of the committee that oversaw the relocation of the organization’s new LEED Platinum-certified New York office.

Lauren graduated from Pace University Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She is an avid sports fan and helped found and manage the World Economic Forum’s softball team, the Blue Badges.
