Based in New York City, Bianca joins Ascent from Target Corporations. She began her six-year tenure as a merchant, leading teams in both the Home and Apparel categories. There, she developed and launched multiple brands - delivering consistent growth and driving innovation across core product categories. While in strategy, she led the team that would reinvented both the instore and online experience for the Jewelry, Accessories and Shoes business. And most recently, Bianca led the creative strategy team within Target’s internal marketing agency, overseeing all Style businesses – developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for brand launches.  

Prior to Target, Bianca had a successful career in television, where she produced and developed scripted, unscripted and live television series for the Independent Film Channel in New York. Her passion for retail lead her to pursue an MBA and she is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where she focused on marketing strategy and luxury brand management. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University.   

In her free time, Bianca fuels her love of storytelling, creativity and innovation as an executive producer. She also continues to be a style maven, consulting for numerous retail and fashion start-ups on brand strategy.
