Marietta comes to Ascent Leadership Networks as a marketing advisor, building on 15 years of B2B-marketing experience. Her ‘sweet spot’ is the intersection between the creative and the analytical, where the value of marketing can be realized.
She began her career in the energy sector, focusing on identity development at FMC Technologies as she led a global rebranding initiative for one of the company's largest business units. From there, Marietta dove into market research and strategy, helping to launch a new $45MM+ product line for Cameron, another oilfield services firm, where she directed everything from pricing and proposals to events, communication, and research. Most recently, in her Director of Marketing role at Fairmount Santrol, Marietta managed an annual budget of over $2MM. She guided a team through an IPO and coinciding full corporate rebrand, launched several high-technology products, constructed their CRM, and managed a total available market model and demand analysis.
Her career has afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively, experiences for which she will always be grateful. Marietta graduated from the University of Tulsa with a dual degree in International Business and German, and a minor in Russian.
