THE PROGRAM
Ascent designs programs for carefully selected groups of senior executives to become more effective leaders. The Ascent Fellowship is our flagship program. Over the duration of the Fellowship, participants:
Build a powerful network of peers, with both shared and different experiences, who can provide ongoing support and mentorship
Gain new perspectives on how to lead, and ways to be even more effective in harnessing leadership styles and skills
Learn from relevant world-class experts, tools, techniques, and approaches, as well as broader contextual trends and dynamics
The Ascent Fellowship delivers these outcomes via three programmatic elements:
ASSESSMENT
A PERSONALIZED program
Ascent conducts a thorough executive leadership assessment of each individual.
Since everyone learns differently, this process allows us to discover insights about our Fellows and employ multiple learning styles to meet their needs and build the cohort.
IMMERSIONS
two multi-day immersions
Each Fellowship brings the cohort together on two separate occasions for what we call “Immersions.”
Each Immersion marries an unforgettable location with the most cutting-edge, relevant issues facing leaders today - with the top experts in each field - while maintaining a focus on personal growth.
Fellows spend both Immersions engaging in simulations, exercises, and tailored experiences that bring best practices to life.
NETWORK

The individuals in each Fellowship are what make the experience a success. Our Fellows report that the strong networks they build during the program provide the true underpinning of their overall Ascent experience.
